Approve a quote in your buyer dashboard. We generate:
You make payment via your preferred channel: wire transfer (USD or INR), Letter of Credit (we draft and negotiate via partner banks), or trade finance (NBFC / bank tie-ups).
Payment is held in escrow until you confirm shipment.
Once payment is confirmed:
Escrow releases to the supplier on confirmed delivery. If anything is wrong, we hold payment until the dispute is resolved.

Yes — every Indian importer needs a DGFT IEC (Importer Exporter Code). If you don’t have one, our /services/dgft-iec-registration service gets you one in 5 working days for a flat fee.
We display pricing in USD (primary) and INR (secondary) by default. Buyers in UAE see AED, UK sees GBP, Saudi sees SAR, EU sees EUR, Australia sees AUD, Canada sees CAD. You pay and settle in any of these supported currencies.
Every supplier passes our 7-point KYC checklist before listing. We publish their KYC tier (Bronze / Silver / Gold) on their profile. Gold-tier suppliers have passed all 7 checks including factory audit and buyer references.
Open a dispute through your buyer dashboard within 7 days of delivery. OZIANT holds escrow until the dispute is resolved through mediation (or arbitration if mediation fails). We have on-the-ground inspection partners in Yiwu and Guangzhou to verify claims.
Yes — through our CHA (Customs House Agent) partners at major Indian ports. It’s an optional add-on service, included free for Gold-subscription suppliers and discounted for Silver. Pricing is per-shipment.
Yes — ZJELL drafts and negotiates LCs (UCP 600 compliant) with our partner banks. Typical LC cost: 0.25-1% of LC value, depending on bank and credit standing.

No. We source from China, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka (and growing). We sell to USA, UK, UAE, Saudi, Australia, Germany, France, Canada (and growing). India is our largest market and operational base, but the platform is built for cross-border from the start.
Submitting RFQs and browsing is free. We earn from a 3-7% transaction commission baked into each closed order — paid by the supplier, not added to your invoice. Trade services (DGFT, customs, LC) are flat-fee or % based and shown upfront.
Apply at /become-a-supplier. Bronze tier (basic listing) is free. Silver and Gold tiers offer richer placement and higher RFQ limits. KYC takes 7 working days.
